Brad McGinnis, LPC

Brad McGinnis is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) who works with adolescents and adults navigating complex trauma, anxiety, OCD, eating disorders, dissociation, and other challenges that can impact their emotional well-being and relationships. His clinical experience has particularly shaped his passion for working with individuals who have experienced trauma and complex life experiences.

Brad believes that therapy should be a space where clients feel safe. He takes a trauma-informed and collaborative approach, recognizing that each clientโ€™s experiences, strengths, and needs are unique. He works to build a therapeutic relationship grounded in trust and empathy while helping clients better understand themselves and the ways their experiences may continue to affect their thoughts, emotions, behaviors, and relationships.

His therapeutic approach draws from person-centered, narrative, Gestalt, existential, and Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy (REBT) frameworks. Brad strives to meet each client where they are and tailor treatment to their individual needs and goals. Through therapy, he helps clients develop greater self-understanding, strengthen coping skills, and work toward meaningful and sustainable change.
