Live Virtual CEU Workshop: As a part of our virtual dissociation workshop series, we will discuss working with survivors of extreme, chronic compound abuse whose diagnosis are OSDD, DID, and Poly-fragmented DID.
This workshop includes 3 CEUs, and can be attended live or watched later for those who register but can’t attend live.
Objectives:
Understand the childhood experiences that survivors at the end of the trauma spectrum go through
Learn about sadism, psychopathy, pedophilia, and group abuse such as trafficking, commercial sexual exploitation of children, and chronic at home abuse by caretakers
Learn about the structural dissociation model of the mind when working with extreme trauma
Information about the presenter: Tovah Means, (she/her), MS, LMFT is the founder and co-owner of trauma specialty group practice, Watch Hill Therapy, located in downtown Chicago. She is uniquely trained to work with individuals who are recovering from childhood emotional, physical, sexual trauma, neglect, dissociative process, somatic issues, extreme trauma, and deep soul injuries. Tovah speaks, teaches and consults about treating complex trauma and dissociation through local universities, group practices, medical practices, and Watch Hill Therapy.
